With reduced inventories and motivated buyers, you will have more realtors working for you than in busier times. With so many people taking holidays, it's a great time to get couples to see your home together as well. Don't forget about re-locating families, who often don't have a choice as to when they move and with school starting again in January, parents are eager to have their children settled by then. Finally, your home is most likely looking its best as you prepare to offer hospitality to friends and family during the Christmas holidays. Start a fire, light some candles and buyers will easily be able to picture themselves in your cozy home.
