The least expensive sale price so far this year for a 2-bedroom was for a 728 square foot home in an older building in Ambleside for $360,000 and the most expensive so far this year was for a 2,400 square foot Dundarave home with sweeping ocean views and exquisite finishings for $5,000,000.
