There have been 216 sales in the last 90 days, with the average sale price for a 1-bedroom during that time coming in at $293,445 and the median sale price coming in at $286,500. For 2-bedroom homes, the average sale price was $476,853 and the median sale price was $449,000. The least expensive sale price so far this year for a 1-bedroom was in March for a 664 square-foot home in Lower Lonsdale for $187,400 and the most expensive so far this year was in March as well for a 903 square-foot home with nice views of the water in Central Lonsdale for $498,000.
