There have been 372 sales in the last 90 days, with the average sale price during that time coming in at $1,166,865 and the median sale price being $1,075,000.  The least expensive sale price so far this year was for a 2-bedroom, 1,200 square foot home in Buntzen Bay for $532,500 and the most expensive so far this year was for a 7-bedroom, 13,000 square-foot waterfront home in Deep Cove, for a little under $6,000,000.
