For 2-bedrooms, the average sale price for that period is $1,077,945 and the median sale price is $841,500.  The least expensive sale price for a 1-bedroom in 2016 so far was in February for a 660 square foot co-op home in Ambleside for $229,000 and the most expensive was in January for an 1,042 square foot home in Dundarave for $1,322,000.  The least expensive sale price in 2016 so far for a 2-bedroom was in March for an 823 square foot home in Ambleside for $406,000 and the most expensive was in May for a 1,877 square foot waterfront home in Dundarave for $3,400,000.
