I was at a presentation yesterday by CMHC Analyst Richard Sam and here is what he identified as the principal drivers of housing demand in Vancouver.  I think we are in for another good year.

Low Mortgage Rates
Employment Growth
Positive Migration
Strong Consumer Confidence
Economic Growth
